Beth Fuller Wellness
Hello love,
I'm Beth Fuller
I'm a BACP registered counsellor, coach, and movement practitioner (and a slightly woo, chronic illness-affirming one at that). My own disabilities are dynamic and that's the whole reason I use the seasons around us, and within us, to help people find their way back to themselves.

I've walked alongside people through some proper life changes, including:
-
living with a chronic illness that has a mind of it's own
-
getting mind and body ready for a new arrival
-
leaving an established career to build their own business (which is now thriving)
-
starting a wellbeing collective
-
rebranding a business so it actually feels like them again
-
finding some semblance of wellbeing while in a caring role

The common thread is that every one of these people needed support through an in-between time, the kind that's hard to name but impossible to ignore. Chronic illness has a pesky habit of putting you there on repeat.

YOU'RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF
You're Fed Up of Feeling:
01. Worn out from explaining a chronic illness or dynamic disability to people who don't quite get it

02. Burnt out, overwhelmed and uncertain about how to get unstuck

03. Like you're putting on a front for everyone else and you've lost track of who you actually are
Come as you are, whatever that looks like today. Angry, grieving, flat, wired - I'm not precious about it and there's no performance required here.

Ways we can walk together
All nature-based - all to connect to you

Ready?
Let's Chat
If you'd like to explore working with me, let's meet and talk things through. I'll be in your corner, cheering you on through the good stretches and sitting with you through the rubbish ones too.
The highs and lows of chronic illness are hard enough to live, let alone explain to someone who hasn't been there. Just know, I get it.
With love, Beth

P.S. If you've read this far, you already know you're curious. Book the call and find out the rest.
